FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 

During the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic we are offering customers in postcodes CH63 and CH62 free local delivery. This will usually be delivered the following day. 

When filling out your address details only enter the first part of your postcode. For example, CH63 or CH62. Press continue and this will take you to the next page where the Local Delivery option can be found. Press this option and postage will be deducted. 

CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE

We now have a collect in store option available! If you are local, or visiting the shop any time soon, and want to skip the postage fees, simply add your items to your basket and press the click & collect option when you proceed to checkout. It will be free! We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection and you can then just pop in whenever you are ready. 

DELIVERY UK

PLEASE NOTE, Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to unprecedented demand. 

All our deliveries are dispatched the following day via Royal Mail. Orders received on a Friday or the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. 

Standard delivery is normally within 3 - 5 working days. (Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.) We will deliver the goods to the premises specified on your order. Please note that delivery costs are based upon one UK delivery address. You may specify one delivery address per order. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are currently not offering this service, however, we would suggest, that if you have a specific enquiry and want to email us with a request, we can advise if we will be able to fulfil your requirements.
